Corticosterone was detected in serum from chimeric mice 2 or 6 h after an intraperitoneal injection of purified LPS (1 mg/kg), using a radioimmunoassay kit directed against murine corticosterone. Each bar represents mean ± SEM of values from three or four independent animals per group.
