Developmental expression of Ptprg and Ptpra in Ptprz-deficient mice. Total RNA prepared from hippocampi was loaded in each lane (10 μg). The cDNA fragment of rat Ptprg or Ptpra was 32P labeled and used as a probe. Staining with ethidium bromide for ribosomal RNA (rRNA) is shown as a loading control. The expression of Ptprg and Ptpra was similar between wild-type and Ptprz-deficient mice both at the young adult and adult stages.
