The rectification ratio is the current amplitude at + 60 mV/amplitude at −60 mV. Mean maximal current amplitudes (IPeak) and exponential time constants of desensitization (τDesensitization) are averages for 7-12 patches. HEK293 cells were cotransfected with [Q]/[R] at a 1:2 ratio.
