Genome comparisons of Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes YKJ and other P. pseudoalcaligenes strains against strain CECT5344 as the reference genome created by BRIG v0.95, the circular graph demonstrates the whole genome comparison of strain CECT5344 with the other seven closely-related genomes of P. pseudoalcaligenes.
