Silent mating‐type information regulation 2 homolog 1 (SIRT1) inhibition suppresses proliferation of adapted suspension cells (ASC). A, Adherent cells (AD) and ASC were plated at a density of 5 × 105 per well onto six‐well plates and cultured for 72 h with the indicated concentrations of nicotinamide (NAM). Number of cells was counted, respectively. B, Number of cells was counted at the indicted time points after treatment with 1 mmol/L NAM.
