Differentiation potential of short term incubated cells. Short-term incubated cells (Oxacells HP) were seeded on chamber slides and differentiated into the adipogenic (A), chondrogenic (C) und osteogenic (E) lineage. The differentiated cells were stained accordingly with Oil Red O (A+B), Alcian Blue (C+D) and Kossa (E+F) and compared to undifferentiated controls (B, D, and F, respectively).
