RILPL2 reverses BC cell resistance to Taxotere by downregulating the TUBB3/PTEN/AKT pathway. A, B. RILPL2-shRNA or scr-shRNA were transfected into RILPL2-overexpressing MDA-MB-231 cells following treatment with various doses of Taxotere for 24 h. Levels of TUBB3, AKT, p-AKT and PTEN were examined by western blotting in MDA-MB-231 cells (n = 3). Results are presented as means ± SD.
