Proinflammatory TRAIL signaling does not require caspase activity in HCT116 cells. (A) Apoptosis-sensitive HCT116-PI3Kwt cells (left panel) and apoptosis-resistant HCT116-PI3Kmut cells (right panel) were challenged as indicated with TRAIL and zVAD.
