(B) Upon collagen stimulation and DDR1 auto-phosphorylation (pY), DDR1/NM-IIA/β-actin complex interacts with Sec61B in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). (C) This interaction promotes DDR1 nuclear translocation and its association to chromatin where, together with NM-IIA and β-actin, it promotes the transcription of collagen IV (CIV).
