Benchmarking the running time and accuracy ags.sh against MicrobeCensus. a Plot comparing the running time of ags.sh with MicrobeCensus. We compared the wall-clock runtime between both tools using 4, 8, and 16 threads, in five TARA Oceans metagenomes subsampled to two million paired-end reads. We also compared the ags.sh runtime using previously predicted Open Reading Frames (ORFs).
