HTB2‐mNeonGreen and mRuby2‐Tub1 in a bni1Δ cell. Time‐lapse images of a bni1Δ cell expressing HTB2‐mNeonGreen and mRuby2‐Tub1 were captured on a spinning‐disk confocal microscope at 3‐minute intervals for 1 hour.
