The wild-type cytoplasm-entry domain was 15N-labeled and reduced with DTT to determine 15N-relaxation parameters. Plots show (a) T1 relaxation, (b) T2 relaxation and (c) 1H15N-NOE values for each backbone amide resonance. T1/T2 ratios are plotted in panel (d). Vertical orange lines show the positions of Cys residues.
