CD3+ T cells obtained from HLA-A2+ individual donors were stimulated with heteroclitic BCMA72–80 (YLMFLLRKI) or BCMA54–62 (YILWTCLGL) peptide loaded antigen-presenting cells and analyzed post-4 cycles of peptide stimulation (once/week) for activation and co-stimulatory molecules expression within the gated CD3+CD8+ T cells population by flow cytometry. Summary (mean ± SE; N=3) of activation and co-stimulatory molecule expression.
