FGF inhibits BMP-7-induced dendritic growth. Sympathetic neurons were cultured in the control media containing 10 ng/ml NGF to maintain cell survival. After elimination of non-neuronal cells, neurons were exposed to BMP-7 (5 ng/ml) with or without FGF (100 ng/ml).
