Overlap between α-syn punctate pattern and LAMP 2 in differentiated SH-SY5Y cells. Cells overexpressing α-syn were treated with 4 μm cathepsin inhibitor I for 24 hr and labeled with antibodies for α-syn (red) and LAMP 2 (green).
