Representative examples of evoked potentials during passive viewing. The horizontal bar represents the presence of the stimulus. For the population statistics (Table 1), the evoked potentials are averaged within 200 msec (shaded area) independently of the sign and normalized to the maximum. Note that the difference between S+ and S- evoked potentials is primarily attributable to the late part of the response.
