Intracellular, but not extracellular, application of AMT inhibitors blocks striatal LTD. a, Including the AMT inhibitor VDM11 (10 μm) intracellularly via the patch pipette blocked LTD (•), whereas a similarly included vehicle (0.02% DMSO) had no effect (○).
