siRNA against SNX9 was transfected into SJCRH30 at different concentrations (10–50 nM) for 48h prior to CHIKV-0708 infection. Significant dose-dependent inhibition of CHIKV infection was observed from 25 nM to 50 nM, with approximately 2-log₁₀ PFU/mL reduction in virus titre.
