Bottom row: Hill plots constructed using inhibition data in the presence of excess FAD (10x [active sites]); [p.R139W] = 1.0 nM dimer; [p.P187S] = 20 nM dimer. Each point represents the mean of three separate determinations and the error bars show the standard error of these means. One representative Hill plot is shown from a triplicate set.
