The wavenumber axis is limited (1500–1750 cm⁻¹). Spectral intensity was normalized according to the Phe ring vibration at 1003 cm⁻¹. The excitation wavelength was 1064 nm, and 24,000 scans were co-added. The bands are decomposed into fundamental Gaussian-Lorentzian shape constituents.
