Independent Student's t-test and one-way ANOVA was used to compare the differences between two groups using SPSS software (version 18.0; SPSS, Inc.). Pathological differentiation was concluded by pathological pathologists from Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University using hematoxylin-eosin staining.
