Effects of simvastatin on Il-6 mRNA expression in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were stimulated with differentiation cocktail (DC) and cigarette smoke extract (CSE) for 30–120 min in the presence or absence of simvastatin.
