To examine kidney function, albuminuria and creatinine levels were measured by ELISA using 24-hour urine collection. (a, b) Elevated levels of albuminuria and urine albumin/creatinine ratio (ACR) in HFD WT were significantly improved by CCR2 depletion. (c) Representative images of H&E-stained kidney sections. (d) Glomerular volume was measured by Image analysis software. Increased glomerular volume in HFD WT mice was significantly restored by CCR2 depletion in HFD KO.
