In situ jejunal permeability of gemcitabine in C57BL/6 mice when inlet and outlet concentrations of drug were measured by UPLC (after perfusions of 100 μM unlabeled gemcitabine) or total radioactivity (after perfusions of 100 μM [14C]-gemcitabine). Data are expressed as mean ± SE, n=4. There was no significant difference between the two groups, as determined by unpaired t-test.
