Effects of acetaldehyde-generating system (AGS) on interferon-γ (IFNγ)-induced expression of immunoproteasome (IPR) subunits LMP2 and LMP7 protein expression. Cells were treated or not with AGS for 72 h and with IFNγ for last 24 h. A and B: immunofluorescence staining of low-molecular-mass poylpeptide (LMP)2 and LMP 7 expression.
