αβ T cells from porcine lung were sorted as single cells into 96-well plate, and then nested PCR was performed to identify TRAV1-TRAJ33+ cells, followed by amplifying TCRβ sequences from these TRAV1-TRAJ33+ cells. The named principle of Vβ and Jβ genes was according to the nomenclature used by Butler et al. (48). CDR3β was defined in accordance with Kabat et al. (52).
