RPL28 expression levels influence proliferation of colorectal cancer cells. (a,b) Efficient knock-down of RPL28 protein expression in HCT116 and HT-29 exposed to specific siRNAs (siRPL28) relative to cells transfected with scrambled non-targeting (NT) negative control (siCTR).
