The IL-1R antagonist anakinra reduces tumor growth in 4T1 tumor-bearing mice but not 67NR-bearing mice. Both 4T1 tumor-bearing mice (A) and 67NR tumor-bearing mice (C) received treatment with anakinra (10 mg/kg/day, s.c.) for 8 days between day 14 and day 21 after the tumor cell inoculation. The graphs show the tumor growth and the weight of the tumor (B,D) assessed 21 days after the inoculation.
