Binding affinity of GN6 and GN12 to three Gram-negative bacteria. Binding saturation curves of both GN6 (●) and GN12 (○) were fitted using non-linear regresson model of SigmaPlot 12.0 towards (a) E. coli DH5α, (b) E. coli K12 and (c) S. marcescens. (d) 10⁸ cells and (e) 10⁵ cells of bacteria were incubated with the two selected aptamers at 250 nM concentration and N40 library as control.
