(B, C) Myotubes were treated overnight with agrin to induce AChR clusters and subsequently cultured in the absence of agrin for 5 h or 12 h. In veztF/+ myotubes, agrin-induced AChR clusters had a half-life of 12 h, whereas the half-life of agrin-induced AChR clusters in vezt mutant myotubes was 5 h.
