Glutamate (100 μm) (A, C, E) and Aβ25-35 (20 μm) (B, D, F) were applied after treatment with a combination of 20 μm MK-801, an NMDA receptor antagonist, and 100 μm CNQX, an AMPA receptor antagonist (A, B), in Ca2+-free solution (C, D), and after treatment with 5 μm latrunculin B, an actin depolymerizer (E, F).
