The protein was detected using a mouse primary antibody and an FITC-labeled goat anti-mouse secondary antibody. The endogenous hnRNP A2 is visible in granules distributed throughout the neurites. The inset at right is a twofold magnification of the region boxed at left. Scale bar, 15 μm.
