Primary cortical astrocytes were treated with V₁ agonist for indicated periods. Nuclear lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE and probed with anti-pCREB. Levels of pCREB increased at 10 min and persisted until 120 min. Nuclear protein levels were normalized against histone H1 protein levels.
