Relative abundances of the most abundant genera (genera whose relative abundance indicated that they were among the top 10 genera). Values are expressed as the Ms ± SD. Values within the same column with same superscripts were not significantly different from one another (p > 0.05); however, values with different lowercase letter superscripts were significantly different (p < 0.05), and values with different capital letter superscripts were extremely significantly different (p < 0.01).
