Drug release profiles of FNC-Doxo using dialysis method. Release of Doxo (λem = 594 nm) was observed with time in the presence of A) esterase enzyme and B) in PBS at pH 6.0. However, the release of Doxo was minimal in PBS at pH 7.4 (Red line, A and B). The released Doxo emission was measured using plate reader at λex = 497 nm. The results were recorded at λem = 594 nm and plotted in term of % cumulative release. Average values of three measurements are depicted ± standard error.
