pH-dependent ATP-induced permeabilization of MLN mononuclear cells. Cells obtained from MLN were removed and adjusted to 2 × 10⁵ cells/sample. Cells were preincubated with PBS pH 7.4 or 6.0 (a) or 18 µM BBG (b) for 5 min and treated with 10, 25 or 50 µM ATP for 10 min at 37°C. During the last 5 min of incubation EB was added and samples analyzed by flow cytometry.
