Increased GATA6 enhanced autophagy in H1650 cells.
H1650 cells were treated with 2 μM erlotinib for 24 h and siRNA GATA6 (siGATA6) or control (siCT) were added. (A) The expression of autophagy-related proteins was measured by Western blot.
