NG2-Fc proteins do not interact directly with L1. Solid-phase binding of NG2-Fc fusion proteins to either L1 or collagen VI was performed as described in Materials and Methods. The indicated Fc fusion proteins were used at either 4 nm(filled bars) or 40.5 nm(hatched bars). Bound ligands were detected with a monoclonal antibody against the Fc tail. Values shown are mean ± SEM from two separate experiments comprising duplicate wells.
