NDRG2 inhibits the malignant growth and proliferation of HCC cells. (A) Nude mice were injected subcutaneously in the right limb with 1×107 HepG2 cells or mCherry-overexpressing or NDRG2-overexpressing HepG2 cells respectively. Representative tumor formation was photographed 28 days after injection. (B) Tumor weight was calculated at the end of the experiment. (C) Immunohistochemical analysis of NDRG2, LDHA and Ki67 antigen expression in tumors of nude mice.
