Retention of Anillin-NTD-GFP at the midbody ring and shedding of Anillin-ΔNTD-mCherry after depletion of Anillin. Time-lapse spinning disc confocal microscopy images of Drosophila S2 cell stably expressing Anillin-NTD-GFP (green) and Anillin-ΔNTD-mCherry (magenta) treated with anil dsRNA 3′UTR for 3 days. Frames were taken every 4 minutes for 3 hours with a 63x, 1.4 NA objective. A maximum intensity z-projection (extended focus) is shown and video is playing at 5 fps. Video corresponds to Figure 8E.
