VU0119498 (PAM) improves glucose tolerance and insulin secretion in obese, glucose-intolerant WT mice. Male WT mice that had been maintained on an HFD for 8 to 10 wk were fasted overnight and then injected with PAM (0.5 mg/kg i.p.) or vehicle.
