The first column represents a vehicle control well (DMSO, 0.5%). The second column represents treatment with saccharin, a food constituent (100 μM). The third column represents treatment with dofetilide, a class III antiarrhythmic pharmaceutical (10 μM). The last column represents treatment with tert-butylphenyl diphenyl phosphate, a flame retardant (10 μM). The X-axis of each Ca2+ flux trace represents time in seconds, and the Y-axis represents relative fluorescence units (RFU) of the Ca2+ flux measured within each donor.
