1. ChIP‐seq experiments of Topo2α were performed in cells expressing either shControl or shC/EBPα in the presence and in the absence of hormone (lower and upper panels, respectively). Reads profile for “assisted”, “constitutive”, “induced shared”, and “random” regions are shown.
2. T47D and T47DindC/EBPα cells treated with 10 nM R5020 or doxycycline as indicated were lysed and the increase in PARP cleavage, an indicator of apoptosis was assayed by Western blot. This blot was previously used as loading control in EV1A, right panel. Right panel: T47D cells were incubated with staurosporine for 48 h. The results presented are representative of two independent experiments.
