Effects of BBR on differentiation of mouse primary preadipocytes. Mouse primary preadipocytes were left untreated or induced for differentiation, during which the cells were left untreated or treated with BBR as indicated. After treatment, cells were subjected to oil red O (ORO) staining and photographed under a light microscope (×400, scale bar = 100 μm).
