Deletions of TER and/or YlKU80 genes affect telomere length, single-stranded telomeric overhang and growth in Y. lipolytica. (a) The strains with indicated genotypes were passaged 2 times (each passage took 4 days) and the length of telomeres was assessed by TRF analysis.
