C57BL/6 mice were infected via aerosol with a low (<200 CFU) or high dose (>500 CFU) of the indicated bacteria and on day 30 or 60 post-infection the lungs were collected and the bacterial burden determined by CFU enumeration. Data are shown as mean ± SEM from at least five animals per time point. Mtb, M. tuberculosis; L, lineage.
