Comparison of numbers of tet+CD69+CD103+ CD8 T_RM cells (10³) in BAL and LPT at day 28 post-cognate Ag-based RM-pull carried out in the effector and memory phases of T cell responses to parenteral immunization. Following RM-pull with Ag85 complex during the effector and memory phase of T cell responses, mice were sacrificed at 28 days after RM-pull. Table shows numbers of tetramer+ Ag-specific CD8 T cells co-expressing CD69 and CD103 in BAL and the lung parenchymal tissue (LPT). Data are presented as the mean ± S.E.M. of three mice/group, representative of two independent experiments.
