Individual values from published studies [2,12,40,41], which had all been performed at the Capanna Margherita (4559 m), where subjects ascended by cable car to an altitude of 3200 m and climbed then to the Capanna Gnifetti (3600 m) in the afternoon and spent the night at this altitude. On the next morning they climbed to the Capanna Margherita (4559 m), where they spent two nights.
