Resistance of CorA mutants to cidality of 2504 and 2178 under replicating (R) conditions but not NR conditions. WT or mutant strains of M. tuberculosis were exposed to compounds at 6.2 μM for 7 days under (A) replicating and (B) nonreplicating conditions in the 4-stress NR model, and the remaining CFU/ml were determined.
