Evaluation of the efficacy of PA-PP protein against growth of P. aeruginosa strains PAR50 and PAR21. (A) Spectrophotometric absorbance for both strains with/without PA-PP (100 µg/ml) at 600 nm every hour for 7 h. PAR50 treated with PA-PP protein displayed inhibition of growth, compared to untreated strain, which showed increased growth with time. No significant differences were evident in the growth of PAR21 strains with and without protein. (B) Effect of PA-PP on each bacterial strain after 7 h of incubation.
